THAWING

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | 8-12 HOURS

Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigerator.


RECOMMENDED | 1-3 HOURS

Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.


QUICK THAW | 10-30 MINUTES

Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice cold water until thawed. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.

COOKING

BAKE | 1-6 MINUTES

Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and bake skin sidedown at 450°F for 1-6 minutes.


PAN SEAR | 1-6 MINUTES

Add 1 tbsp. of grapeseed oil and cook skin side down covered on high heat for 1-6 minutes.


GRILL | 1-6 MINUTES

Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and grill skin side down covered at 450°F for 1-6 minutes.
