We specialize in fresh and frozen scallops, fish, and value-added seafood solutions. Our 80,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is USDA, FDA, and MSC certified and has achieved the advanced BRC "AA" designation, one of the few seafood plants in the country to reach that level.
CERTIFICATION - MARINE STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL (MSC)
MSC is the world’s most widely recognized certification and eco-labeling program for sustainable seafood, providing buyers and consumers with third-party assurance that the seafood comes from a well-managed and sustainable source.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED | 8-12 HOURS
Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigerator.
RECOMMENDED | 1-3 HOURS
Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.
QUICK THAW | 10-30 MINUTES
Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice cold water until thawed. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.
BAKE | 4-6 MINUTES
Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and bake at 375°F for 4-6 minutes.
PAN SEAR | 1-2 MINUTES
Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and cover on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
GRILL | 3-5 MINUTES
Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil and cover at 375°F for 3-5 minutes.
