Linguine with Cockle Clams

It’s super easy to make an unbelievable plate of Linguine with Cockle Clams, that rivals your favorite Italian bistro. This classic linguine and clams is a Wixter favorite recipe!  This is a dish to enjoy with the people you love.


1 Tin of Wixter Seafood Cockle Clams (drained) 
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1/2 Cup of Dry White Wine
12 oz of Dried Linguine Pasta
1 Tablespoon of Butter 
2 Teaspoons of Parsley (minced)


STEP 1: Cook pasta and drain.

STEP 2: Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté 2-3 minutes (until lightly golden).
STEP 3: Add white wine and stir.
STEP 4: Add butter and stir in drained cockles until butter is melted.
STEP 5: Toss the drained pasta into the pan and turn off heat.
STEP 6: Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
