Baked Salmon

Our Baked Salmon recipe delivers soft, juicy and tender salmon on the inside with charred crisp edges. Enjoy this delicious restaurant-quality dinner! 


1 Wixter Norwegian Salmon Prime Cut
1 oz dill weed
1 clove of garlic
1/2 roasted sweet potato
1/2 avocado
1 oz black sesame seeds
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp aged balsamic for drizzle finish 
Salt & pepper to taste


STEP 1: Cube the avocado

STEP 2: Cube the sweet potato, drizzle olive oil and roast at 350 for 20 min or till soft
STEP 3: Place your Wixter Norwegian Salmon Prime Cut on the sheet with dill and garlic in the over at 350 for 10 min or till internal temp reaches 150
STEP 4: Plate avocado and sweet potato on the plate and add salt/pepper to taste with sesame seeds
STEP 5: Drizzle balsamic vinegar on the salmon
