Our Baked Salmon recipe delivers soft, juicy and tender salmon on the inside with charred crisp edges. Enjoy this delicious restaurant-quality dinner!
1 - 6 oz Wixter Norwegian Salmon
1 oz Dill weed
1 clove of Garlic
1/2 Sweet Potato, roasted
1 tbsp EVOO
1 oz Black Sesame Seeds, garnish
1 tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar, garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste
STEP 1: Cube the avocado.
STEP 2: Cube the sweet potato, drizzle olive oil and roast at 350˚F for 20 min or until able to pierce with a fork.
STEP 3: Place your Wixter Norwegian Salmon on the pan with dill and garlic into the oven at 350˚F for 10 min or until the internal temperature reaches 150˚F.
STEP 4: Arrange the avocado and sweet potato on the plate and add salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 5: Garnish the dish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a drizzle balsamic vinegar.
