Asian Halibut en Papillote “Parchment Paper”

Looking for an easy, healthy, and flavorful way to cook fish? Try our Asian Halibut En Papillote, or in parchment paper. All ingredients are tucked away in a pouch to create a light and flavorful dinner. Follow the simple instructions below and enjoy!


1- 6 oz Wixter Alaskan Halibut Fillet 
2 oz Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced with stems removed
2 heads of Baby Bok Choy, bottom trimmed
3-4 sprigs of Cilantro 

1 inch piece Ginger, julienned
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 
1 tsp Soy Sauce (can substitute Coconut Aminos)
1/2 tsp Honey


STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400˚F degrees. 
STEP 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until fully mixed. 
STEP 3: Fold a piece of parchment paper (approximately 12x15") in half and make a crease. Unfold for next step. 
STEP 4: Lay the filet on top of the paper and pour on the rest of the sauce and ginger. Top with cilantro. 
STEP 5: Fold up and crimp the paper to seal the edges. 
STEP 6: Bake for 10-12 minutes. 
STEP 7: Carefully open paper and serve.
