Roasted Potatoes & Octopus

You're going to love this recipe so much! Who would have thought you could make such a wonderful meal with a can of tinned octopus. This roasted Potatoes & Octopus will have you craving more!

Ingredients

1 Tin of Wixter Seafood Octopus 
1 lb Fingerling Potatoes (halved) 
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder 
1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika 
1 Teaspoon of Salt 
Pepper to taste 
1 Lemon 
Parsley leaves 

Instructions

STEP 1: Preheat oven to 425°.

STEP 2: On a sheet pan mix halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper and roast (cut side down) for 30 minutes. 
STEP 3: In a serving bowl toss roasted potatoes with octopus pieces.
STEP 4: Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the top and gently stir.
STEP 5: Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
