Yellowtail Crudo

Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
12oz Wixter Yellowtail (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 Avocado (cubed) 
1 Small Mango (cubed)
1/2 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes (halved) 
2 Tablespoons of Minced Red Onion 
1/2 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes (or 1 small Serrano chili minced) 
1/4 Cup of Cilantro (finely chopped) 
Salt to taste 
Tostada Rounds (broken in half for serving) 


STEP 1: In a bowl combine the lime and lemon juice, zest and yellowtail. Stir well. 

STEP 2: Add the remaining ingredients and stir again to combine.
STEP 3: Serve with tostada shells
