thawing INSTRUCTIONS

Thawing your fish correctly is an important step in preserving the flavor and freshness of your seafood.Follow our thawing instructions, and enjoy a meal that tastes fresh out of the ocean.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 8-12 HOURS

Remove seafood from packaging and place the product in a bowl or on a plate. Cover and put in the refrigerator.

RECOMMENDED 1-3 HOURS

Submerge seafood in its package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.

QUICK THAW 10-30 MINUTES

Place seafood in a strainer in its package and run under ice-cold water until thawed. Remove from packaging prior to cooking.

 Thaw and Eat: Follow frozen thawing instructions. No further cooking is necessary.
Tinned: No thawing or cooking needed, just open and eat!

Baking is the easiest way to cook seafood. It cooks evenly, you can marinate in anything and there is no need to flip the product. Follow the simple guide below to prepare your best cut.
